• Experience leading cross-functional projects with international stakeholders.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze specifications, testing data and translate insights.

• Contribute technical product expertise for portfolio decisions.

Your seat to fill:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional special projects across the Wheeled Goods portfolio, ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and identify opportunities to enhance product performance, quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage the execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), design adjustments, portfolio updates, and special projects throughout their lifecycle
• Define, review and maintain product specifications in close collaboration with R&D and Quality
• Act as the project owner and ensure alignment between Product Management, R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement and Sales
• Evaluate technical product issues, customer feedback, field data and returns claims, and translate findings into effective improvement actions
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities to improve product robustness and reduce quality-related costs
• Assess feasibility, risks, timelines and costs of proposed product changes
• Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with internal development, quality and change management processes
• Contribute technical product expertise and provide recommendations to support strategic portfolio decisions

• Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Management or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Technical Project Management
• Strong technical understanding of consumer products and product development processes in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups in an international environment
• Experience in Engineering Change Management, product modifications, and product lifecycle management
• Ability to analyze technical specifications, testing results, and quality data and translate insights into effective product improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and pragmatic approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel as required by the role
