As a Manager Onsite you will play a key role in shaping and executing our onsite strategy across all customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for planning and balancing onsite activities from promotional campaigns and brand relaunches to strategic placements and sponsored initiatives. Acting as an internal consultant you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our onsite efforts support both commercial goals and long‑term brand positioning.
Your Responsibilities
- Holistic onsite planning – develop and manage comprehensive onsite campaign plans that align with business priorities, including product relaunches, seasonal promotions and strategic initiatives.
- Onsite product placement strategy – define and implement a clear strategy for onsite sponsoring, balancing supplier placements with internal priorities such as Own Brands Value Drivers (App Loyalty Autoshipment) and category growth. Foster innovation by teaming up with tech and product teams.
- Internal consulting – act as a strategic partner to Category Management, Brand, CRM and Product teams, advising on optimal onsite activation and campaign set‑up.
- Campaign execution & optimization – coordinate the execution of onsite campaigns across placements (PDPs, PLPs, homepage banners, etc.) ensuring consistency, relevance and performance tracking.
- Onsite promotion management – own the planning and prioritization of promotional onsite space, ensuring efficient use of limited space and alignment with commercial KPIs and CX.
- Cross‑market rollouts – support rollout of onsite campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring scalability and relevance.
- UX & customer journey focus – ensure onsite experiences are intuitive and conversion‑optimised, especially in complex scenarios such as product transitions/relaunches or coupon‑based promotions.
- Performance analysis & optimisation – monitor and analyse the performance of onsite campaigns and placements, derive actionable insights and continuously optimise for conversion, engagement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in onsite marketing campaign planning or digital merchandising, ideally in an e‑commerce environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance commercial goals with customer experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to testing and optimisation.
- Experience with onsite tools (e.g., Adobe Target, CMS systems) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
