Ihre Aufgaben

Lead our accounting and financial reporting processes across the holding and project entities, ensuring compliance with HGB (and IFRS where applicable).

Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual closings, including consolidation, reconciliations, and audit preparations.

Develop and maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

Streamline workflows between external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Oversee project-level financial structuring, including debt drawdowns, equity injections, and intercompany transactions.

Support investor reporting and provide clear, data-driven insights on project performance and portfolio management.

Collaborate with the leadership team on financing strategies, M&A transactions, and long-term value creation initiatives.

Implement scalable financial systems, tools, and processes to support the company’s growth path.

Ihr Profil

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a high-growth environment or the renewable energy sector.

Solid knowledge of HGB; IFRS understanding is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a dynamic startup environment.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g. DATEV, Qonto, Notion, DocuSign).
