Activision Blizzard is seeking an experienced professional to plan, deploy, and execute ethics and compliance training across 35+ offices and virtual environments. You will design deployment plans, manage logistics for 500+ sessions, and maintain training records.

• Manage event logistics for 500+ annual training sessions across 35+ office locations (and virtually).

• Manage team mailbox and promptly reply to employee questions concerning training completion.
• Build reports and dashboards to provide insight on training completion status.
• Evaluate training feedback to ensure continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
• Define measurement targets for strategic priorities and initiatives that support immediate and long-term business objectives.
• Successfully facilitate dynamic, live virtual and in-person training sessions.

Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance team, be instrumental in planning, logistics, and executing on a wide range of engagement, training and communication efforts that foster an ethical culture at Activision Blizzard.
Develop and execute comprehensive training deployment plans including defining training scope, objectives, audience, timeline and resource requirements.
Manage event logistics for 500+ annual training sessions across 35+ office locations (and virtually).
Maintain accurate records of training progress and materials and provide timely project documentation.

Requirements
