Pluralsight, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Project Manager to orchestrate learning programs from discovery to post-training evaluation, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and impactful results. You will partner with Account Executives, instructors, and clients to deliver high-quality programs, manage scope, and drive continuous process improvements across multiple projects.
This role rewards structured leadership, accountability, and the opportunity to influence technology
Behind every successful upskilling program is someone making the complex look effortless; that's this role. As Project Manager, you'll be the orchestrator turning statements of work into real, high-impact learning experiences: from a single instructor-led class to year-long, multi-technology academies that transform how entire organizations build skills.
You'll own delivery end-to-end (discovery through post-training evaluation) partnering closely with Account Executives, instructors, and clients to make sure every program lands on time, on budget, and above expectations. It's part project management, part relationship-building, part technical fluency, with real accountability for quality, satisfaction, and profitability.
If you thrive on juggling multiple moving pieces, love bringing structure to ambiguity, and get energy from watching a well-run program change how people work — this is where that instinct pays off.
