Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u. is seeking a Digitalization lead to independently coordinate development projects that drive innovation and efficiency. You will advise internal teams, work with suppliers, and shape the future of automation across global locations.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking, with a focus on data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred or compensating experience.
• Experience leading digitalization initiatives and driving cross-functional programs.
• Strong English language skills and ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Digitalization Projects: Independently coordinate and execute development projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Advise and Collaborate: Support internal teams on technical challenges and work closely with suppliers to deliver smart solutions.
• Shape the Future: Research and implement cutting-edge systems and machine control technologies, setting new standards for automation.
• Define Strategy & Standards: Develop and execute our digitalization strategy, identify skill needs, and contribute to the standardization of machine control components.
• Turn Data into Insights: Analyse and interpret data to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Foster Collaboration: Coordinate citizen development initiatives with Microsoft Power Platform and engage with internal communities to share best practices.
• Drive Global Impact: Work across all locations to ensure alignment and deliver results that matter.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
• Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
