Job summary

Freudenberg Group offers opportunities to work with mechatronic components and automation technology central to modern production facilities. You will install, assemble, and test systems while learning how to design modifications and extensions and how to program and test safety features.

You will gain experience across planning, production, and assembly adaptation, and you will learn to maintain and repair systems, ensuring safe operation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation: a good secondary school leaving certificate or vocational school certificate; good grades in mathematics, physics and chemistry advantageous.
• German language proficiency (written and spoken) important for team communication.
• Basic IT skills in modern IT systems (e.g., MS Office) helpful.
• Hand skills and enjoyment of practical work; quick understanding of technical contexts.
• Personal strengths: initiative, responsibility, independent working, reliability, team spirit, and flexibility.
