Freudenberg Group is seeking a Digitalization Lead to coordinate and execute development projects that push innovation and efficiency. You will advise internal teams, collaborate with suppliers, and implement cutting-edge machine control technologies to set new automation standards.

You will shape the digital strategy, identify skill needs, and drive cross-location alignment to deliver impactful results, while leveraging data insights to guide strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
• Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred
