Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Munich, Germany seeks an experienced IT Business Partner to bridge business and technology across international teams. You will shape the IT demand portfolio, drive digital transformation, and ensure value-driven delivery of strategic IT initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, and manage critical incidents, ensuring sustainable, future-ready IT capabilities aligned with complex enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as IT Business Partner or similar strategic IT role.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and influence decisions across levels.
• Experience leading digital transformation and IT-driven process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• While building trust through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication, you manage critical IT topics , escalations, and major incidents.

Qualifications:

• Profound experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Demand Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or a comparable strategic IT role.


• Proven experience in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.


• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures


• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence decisions across different organizational levels.


• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, or business-driven IT initiatives.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
