Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a senior professional to lead digitalization initiatives in Germany. The role involves coordinating development projects that push innovation and efficiency, advising internal teams on technical challenges, and collaborating with suppliers to deliver smart solutions.

You will research and implement cutting-edge systems and machine control technologies, define digitalization strategy, and drive cross-location alignment to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience accepted.
• Specified years of industry-relevant experience indicating leadership capability.
