A leading sustainability solutions provider is looking for a Manager of Customer Success fluent in German and English to oversee a team responsible for customer delivery and satisfaction. Manager of Customer Success (Fluent in German)
Contract: 1-Year (with the possibility of extension)
Assent is the leading solution for supply chain sustainability tailored for the world’s top-tier, sustainability-driven manufacturers. The company describes its growth, funding, and global offices, and notes a hybrid remote-first work model with optional in-person days for specific regions.
Hybrid Work Model: a remote-first model with occasional in-person opportunities. For team members near the five global offices (Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, Amsterdam), in-office presence is expected one day per week; near Nairobi and Toronto, onsite once a month.
The Manager of Customer Success oversees a multifaceted team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), responsible for ensuring strong customer delivery outcomes resulting from successfully managed projects and initiatives within Assent’s Customer Experience department. This role requires a strategic leader who can merge the responsibilities of promoting an excellent customer engagement experience while managing day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and service orientation.
