Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die die Instandhaltungs-Strategie für unser neues automatisiertes Logistikzentrum in Neuenburg am Rhein von Grund auf aufbaut. Sie gestalten CMMS-Workflows, legen KPI-Logik fest und definieren die Ersatzteilstrategie, um Schichtbetriebe effizient vorzubereiten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Operations zusammen und bringen einen soliden Hintergrund in Mechatronics/Elektrotechnik/Maschinenbau sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

Qualifications

• Technischer Hintergrund in Mechatronics, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch (C1).
• Erfahrung mit CMMS-Systemen und strukturierter Wartungsplanung.
• Fähigkeit, Strukturen in dynamischen Ramp-up-Umgebungen aufzubauen.
• Anpassungsfähigkeit an sich ändernde Arbeitsumgebungen.
• Bereitschaft, Verbesserungen umzusetzen.
• Werte: kooperativ, innovativ, piratesque, verantwortungsbewusst, ehrgeizig.
• Mut zu unkonventionellen Ideen und pragmatischem Vorgehen.

Responsibilities

• Aufbau der Wartungsstrategie von Grund auf – vorbeugend, korrektiv und zustandsabhängig.
• Entwurf und Implementierung von Wartungsprozessen, Standards und KPI-Logik.
• CMMS-Aufbau, Wartungslogik und Workflows.
• Lieferanten- und Ersatzteilstrategie definieren und ausrollen.
• Technische Organisation für Schichtbetrieb vorbereiten.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations – kein Silodenken.
• Aufbau oder Skalierung von Wartungsstrukturen.

Profil

• A solid technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• You're fluent in both English and German (C1 level each)
• Hands‑on experience with CMMS systems and structured maintenance planning
• Ability to build structures in dynamic ramp-up environments
• The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
