Job summary

Galaxus is building the maintenance backbone for its new automated logistics facility in Neuenburg am Rhein. You will design the maintenance strategy from the ground up, including CMMS setup, spare parts planning, and shift-ready operations.

You’ll collaborate with Operations to ensure a cohesive, scalable maintenance organization as the ramp-up progresses, delivering reliable, efficient facilities and continuous improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• You've built or scaled maintenance structures before.
• Solid technical background in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• You're fluent in both English and German (C1 level each).
• Hands-on CMMS experience and structured maintenance planning.
• Ability to build structures in dynamic ramp-up environments.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
