Sie arbeiten als analytische Stütze der Lieferkette, sorgen für Transparenz der Kosten und liefern datenbasierte Entscheidungen, eng verknüpft mit Finance, Operations und Supply Chain Development in Wohlen sowie dem Site Lead in Neuenburg.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Data Science oder vergleichbares Fachgebiet.
• Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Performance Management, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Operations (Logistik, Supply Chain oder Produktion).
• Sprachkenntnisse: gutes Deutsch (B2) und gutes Englisch (B2) sind Pflicht.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten; Excel beherrscht, Datenanalysen mit SQL/Power BI möglich.
• Business-Partner-Mindset: proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und übersetzte Zahlen in Entscheidungen.

Responsabilités

• Kosten- und Leistungsmanagement für die deutsche Logistikorganisation überwachen.
• Budget- und Forecast-Grundlagen gemeinsam mit Finance und Logistik Stakeholdern erarbeiten.
• Controlling-Setup weiterentwickeln: KPIs, Buchungselemente und Reporting-Prozesse.

As Business Controller Operations, you are the analytical backbone of our supply chain and logistics organization: you ensure that costs are transparent, decisions are based on solid data, and management always has a clear overview. You report to our Leader Supply Chain Development and Strategy in Wohlen, and you work closely day to day with our site Lead in Neuenburg. An experienced controller in Wohlen will train and support you as you grow into the role. You partner with Operations, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Development and Finance, bringing numbers, methodology and a clear eye for business impact!

Aufgaben

As Business Controller Operations, you are the analytical backbone of our supply chain and logistics organization: you ensure that costs are transparent, decisions are based on solid data, and management always has a clear overview. You report to our Leader Supply Chain Development and Strategy in Wohlen, and you work closely day to day with our site Lead in Neuenburg. An experienced controller in Wohlen will train and support you as you grow into the role. You partner with Operations, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Development and Finance, bringing numbers, methodology and a clear eye for business impact!

• Own cost & performance management for our German logistics organization: monitor key cost drivers and KPIs, spot deviations early, kick off targeted countermeasures and keep management clearly informed, no surprises
• Lay the groundwork for annual budgets and forecasts together with Finance and logistics stakeholders, making sure assumptions are realistic and transparent
• Evolve our controlling setup as processes and the organization change: conceive and implement new KPIs, accounting elements and reporting processes hand-in-hand with operations teams
• Be the data go-to for German operations teams, whether it's a quick ad-hoc deep-dive or building automated reports that make everyone's life easier
• Challenge the status quo on your own initiative: spot cost reduction potential, push improvement ideas and sharpen the efficiency of our controlling processes

Profil

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or a comparable field
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in controlling or performance management, ideally with a focus on operations (e.g. logistics, supply chain or production)
• Language skills: good German (B2) and good English (B2) are mandatory
• Strong analytical chops: Excel is second nature, and you're comfortable running more complex data analyses (e.g. SQL, Power BI) to turn messy datasets into clear recommendations
• Business partner mindset: you proactively engage with stakeholders, understand their operational challenges and translate numbers into decisions that matter
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
