Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine Ramp-up and Integration Lead, die als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Projektmanagement und Operations fungiert. Sie steuern Inbetriebnahme- und Testphasen, vernetzen die Fachbereiche und garantieren einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Ramp-ups.

Sie managen Defects, Risiken und offene Punkte, priorisieren Maßnahmen und arbeiten eng mit dem Industrial Systems Lead zusammen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Maschinenbau, Elektroingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Automatisierung oder Wartung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Steuerungssystemen, praktikable Fehlersuche
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C1)
• Starke Stakeholder-Feparement und Fähigkeit, mehrere technische Parteien unter Zeitdruck zu koordinieren
• Erfahrung in Inbetriebnahme- und Abnahmeprüfungen in automatisierten Anlagen
• Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Optimierungen
• Anpassungsfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
• Werteorientierung: kooperativ, innovativ, unternehmerisch, verantwortungsbewusst, ehrgeizig

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für Inbetriebnahme- und Testphasensteuerung
• Koordination technischer Aktivitäten zwischen TGW, Engineering und Operations
• Verfolgung von Defects, offenen Punkten und Risiken (mit Priorisierung)
• Sicherstellung schneller Problemlösung durch strukturiertes Eskalieren
• Transparente Steuerung von technischen Risiken, Fortschritt und Systemstatus
• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Industrial Systems Lead und der Maintenance Setup-Gruppe

Aufgaben

As our Ramp-up and Integration Lead, you're the central link between engineering, project management, and operations. troubleshoot, track risks, and make sure our ramp-up stays smooth and on schedule.

• Management and tracking of commissioning and testing phases
• Coordination of all technical activities between TGW, Engineering, and Operations
• Tracking of defects, open items, and risks (including prioritization)
• Ensuring rapid problem resolution through structured escalation
• Active management of and transparency on technical risks, progress, and system status
• Close alignment with the Industrial Systems Lead and Maintenance Setup

Profil

• A technical degree or qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience with a Master Craftsman certification
• Strong knowledge in automation and controls, with hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly build and share a deep understanding of complex technical systems
• Language skills: C1 English and C1 German
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple technical parties under time pressure
• Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance testing environments in automated facilities
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
