Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine/n Team Lead Logistics zur Steuerung der täglichen Logistikprozesse in Neuenburg/Deutschland. Sie führen ein Team von ca.

10–15 Mitarbeitenden, führen Leistungsbeurteilungen und regelmäßige Meetings durch und fördern aktiv Optimierungen in den Abläufen. Sie verfügen über fundierte Logistik-Erfahrung, führen Teams zielorientiert und kommunizieren sicher in Englisch; Deutsch oder Französisch ist ebenfalls erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Umfassende Logistik-Expertise, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Praxis oder spezieller Ausbildung.
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in Logistik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutsch oder Französisch ebenfalls erforderlich.
• Starke IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für reibungslose Tagesabläufe der Logistik und operative Unterstützung vor Ort.
• Leitung eines Teams von ca. 10–15 Mitarbeitenden, inklusive Leistungs- und Personalgesprächen.
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Meetings (täglich/wöchentlich) und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

As Team Lead Logistics, you will be the central point of contact for day-to-day operations and responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our products to our customers. This position requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to continuously optimize and improve our logistics processes. In this role, you will support the development of our logistics organization at our Neuenburg location.

Profil

• You bring extensive logistics expertise, whether through many years of experience or specialized training
• Your solid leadership experience, ideally in logistics or a related field, is a key part of your qualifications
• Good communication skills in English; German or French is also required
• Strong IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems
• Resilience, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality are valuable traits that will serve you well in your daily work
• You are mobile and able to work in our two-shift system between 05:30 - 23:00.
