Job summary

Galaxus sucht eine/r Ramp-up- und Integrationsleiter/in für den Standort Deutschland. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Projektmanagement und Betrieb und überwachen Inbetriebnahme, Tests sowie Risikomanagement.

Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Fehleranalyse und starkes Stakeholder-Management mit. Die Rolle erfordert Koordination mehrerer technischer Parteien unter Zeitdruck und enge Abstimmung mit dem Industrial Systems Lead.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium in Maschinenbau/Elektro-/Mechatronik/Automation oder gleichwertige Praxis.
• Starke Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Regelungstechnik, praktische Fehlersuche.
• Sprachkenntnisse: C1 Englisch und C1 Deutsch.
• Starkes Stakeholder-Management und Fähigkeit, mehrere technische Parteien unter Zeitdruck zu koordinieren.
• Erfahrung in Inbetriebnahme/Abnahme von automatisierten Anlagen.

Responsibilities

• Management und Tracking von Inbetriebnahme- und Testphasen
• Koordination aller technischen Aktivitäten zwischen TGW, Engineering und Operations
• Verfolgung von Defects, offenen Punkten und Risiken (Priorisierung)
• Sicherstellung schneller Problemlösungen durch strukturiertes Eskalationsmanagement
• Aktives Management von technischen Risiken, Fortschritt und Systemstatus
• Enger Abstimmung mit dem Industrial Systems Lead und Maintenance Setup

Our new logistics system is complex, ambitious, and, let's be honest, not going to commission itself. That's where you come in. As our Ramp-up and Integration Lead, you're the central link between engineering, project management, and operations. Your mission: troubleshoot, track risks, and make sure our ramp-up stays smooth and on schedule.

Deine Aufgaben

• Management and tracking of commissioning and testing phases
• Coordination of all technical activities between TGW, Engineering, and Operations
• Tracking of defects, open items, and risks (including prioritization)
• Ensuring rapid problem resolution through structured escalation
• Active management of and transparency on technical risks, progress, and system status
• Close alignment with the Industrial Systems Lead and Maintenance Setup

Deine Fähigkeiten

• A technical degree or qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Maintenance or equivalent hands‑on experience with a Master Craftsman certification
• Strong knowledge in automation and controls, with hands‑on troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly build and share a deep understanding of complex technical systems
• Language skills: C1 English and C1 German
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple technical parties under time pressure
• Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance testing environments in automated facilities
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
