Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine Logistikführungskraft, die das Warenausgangs- und Lagerteam leitet, Kapazitäten plant und Logistikprozesse kontinuierlich verbessert. Sie berichten direkt an die Standortleitung und gestalten ein Umfeld, in dem Teammitglieder wachsen und Verantwortung übernehmen.

Sie verfügen über 5+ Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Logistik/Supply Chain, ideal im E‑Commerce, und sprechen Englisch (B2) sowie Deutsch oder Französisch fließend.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Logistik/Supply-Chain-Management, ideal im E‑Commerce oder Einzelhandel.
• Ein Abschluss in Logistik oder SCM ist von Vorteil.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (B2) und Französisch oder Deutsch auf gleichem Niveau.
• Starke Führungs- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, um Kollegen effektiv zu beeinflussen.
• Datenaffinität: Analysieren und nutzbringend einsetzen von Logistikdaten.
• Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzung von Veränderungen.
• Ausdruck von Respekt gegenüber Menschenwürde und den humanen Folgen von Entscheidungen.

Responsibilities

• Teamführung: Dein Team täglich führen, klare Prioritäten setzen und Strukturen schaffen.
• Kapazitätsplanung: Kurz- und mittelfristige Kapazitäten planen, Betrieb auch bei Hochlast sicherstellen.
• Logistik-Optimierung: Prozesse prüfen, Kosten senken und Kundenzufriedenheit erhöhen.
• Teamentwicklung: Recruiting, Training und Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken Logistikteams.
• Sicherheit und Wohlbefinden: Floor-Safety und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden dauerhaft sicherstellen.

• Team leadership: Lead and inspire your operations team day-to-day – set clear priorities, create structure and build an environment where people genuinely thrive
• Capacity planning: Plan short and mid-term capacities to meet demand, keeping operations running smoothly even when things get hectic
• Logistics optimization: Keep poking, prodding and rethinking supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs and make customers happier. If something's always been done a certain way, that's not a reason to keep doing it. Challenge it, and build something better
• Team development: Recruit, train and grow a logistics and supply chain team that's genuinely great to work with and great at what it does. Coach, mentor and back your people so excellence becomes the norm, not the exception

Profil

• At least 5 years of real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e-commerce or retail
• A degree in logistics, supply chain management is a plus
• Great communication skills in English (B2), and either French or German at the same level
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• Data is your friend! You know how to analyse it and use technical tools to optimise logistics processes
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
