Overview

• Taking responsibility for the solution architecture and implementation of digital workplace initiatives with a focus on M365, SharePoint and the Power Platform.
• Working with internal and external partners to integrate and optimize RPA solutions to ensure efficient workflows.
• Contributing creative ideas to improve the user experience and ensuring a uniform architecture in accordance with industry standards.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of digital workplace initiatives, including planning, implementation and measuring success.
• Creating and maintaining technical roadmaps and architecture documentation taking into account business requirements and goals.
• Working on the continuous improvement and modernization of existing digital workplace solutions to meet the growing needs of our business and our customers.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in the architecture and implementation of complex digital workplace solutions, especially with M365, SharePoint and the Power Platform such as Atlassian Jira or Confluence very advantageous.
• Ideally experience in aviation or an advanced industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of agile management principles and ability to lead diverse teams through the intricacies of agile initiatives such as SAFe or SCRUM.
• Fluent English (level C1) to be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely and German skills at a good level are also very important.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of complex systems and business environments as well as exceptional skills in consulting, requirements analysis and the translation of findings into concrete plans.
