We are supporting a leader in Packaging manufacturing space in their search for a new Logistics Team leader in the spare parts Business unit. This is a newly created position as part of the client's long-term commitment to continued company growth and employee development having already grown by 10% in the past 12 months.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the transport and distribution of spare parts globally, in an opportunity that is perfect for candidates who have already began initial steps of their leadership career looking to develop these skills further.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and development of a team of 6 FTEs.
- Establishment and monitoring of KPIs.
- Continuous optimisation of logistics processes through initiation and implementation of necessary changes.
- Coordination of logistics activities of spare parts globally.
Key Skills:
- Fluent English and German are essential.
- Demonstrable experience leading a team of FTEs.
- Experience in logistics/supply chain in a production & manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant logistics software.
