A logistics company in Düsseldorf is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee order fulfillment, vendor management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in cross-border logistics, along with strong skills in Excel, SAP, and data analysis. This role offers competitive compensation in a fast-paced environment.
1. 订单履约管理 Order Fulfillment Management
1) 跟踪监控海外仓订单全流程履约进度,确保Amazon、DTC、商超、Dealer用户的订单及时准确交付。
Track and monitor the end-to-end fulfillment progress of overseas warehouse orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery for Amazon, DTC, retail chains and dealer customers.
2) 确保订单信息准确同步,及时处理履约异常。
Ensure accurate synchronization of order information and handle fulfillment exceptions promptly.
2. 物流供应商管理 Logistics Vendor Management
1) 协调并监督物流服务商全链路服务质量,包括:清关、港到仓派送、货物入库、库存管理、拣料发货、尾程派送、签收和退货回运等业务。
Coordinate and supervise the full-chain service quality of logistics providers, including customs clearance, port-to-warehouse delivery, inbound, inventory management, picking, outbound shipping, last-mile delivery, proof of delivery and return logistics.
2) 物流供应商KPI评估,根据物流供应商履约表现,调整业务份额,优胜劣汰,推动持续改进。
KPI evaluation and adjust business volume based on performance, apply performance results to drive continuous improvement.
3. 异常问题处理 Exception Management
1) 主动识别物流业务环节中的问题与瓶颈,跨部门协作(市场、总部物流、IT、售后等)快速响应、推动问题闭环解决。
Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks in logistics operations, collaborate across departments (Marketing, HQ Logistics, IT, After‑sales etc.) for quick response and resolution closure.
2) 管理退货与逆向物流流程,提高客户满意度和库存周转效率。
Manage return shipment and reverse logistics processes, enhance customer satisfaction and inventory turnover rate.
4. 库存及仓储管理 Inventory and Warehouse Management
1) 进行库存动态监控、差异分析和组织定期盘点,确保账实一致。
Conduct dynamic inventory monitoring, discrepancy analysis and regular stocktaking to ensure consistency between system and actual stock.
2) 参与仓储流程优化,和物流供应商协同,提高仓库作业效率。
Participate in warehouse process optimization and collaborate with logistics providers to improve warehouse operation efficiency.
5. 物流成本与结算管理 Logistics Cost and Settlement Management
1) 审核供应商账单、核对履约数据,确保费用准确合理,提交财务进行费用申付。
Supplier invoices checking and verify fulfillment data to ensure cost accuracy and reasonableness, then submit for financial processing.
2) 物流费用分析,修订年度物流预算。
Analyze logistics costs and revise the annual logistics budget.
1. 本科学历,物流、供应链、国际贸易、运营管理等相关专业优先;
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Operations Management or related fields;
2. 具备3年以上跨境物流或海外仓运营相关经验,熟悉海外仓运作,熟悉Amazon FBA/FBM、商超供货等履约流程者优先;
Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border logistics or overseas warehouse operations; familiarity with overseas warehouse processes, Amazon FBA/FBM and retail supply chain fulfillment is preferred;
3. 熟悉国际物流、清关、仓储、尾程派送及退货流程,有物流供应商管理经验;
Familiar with international logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, last-mile delivery and return processes; experience in logistics vendor management is required;
4. 熟练使用Excel、SAP、WMS系统,有很强的数据分析能力;
Proficient in Excel, SAP, and WMS systems with strong data analysis skills;
5. 具备良好的问题解决能力与跨部门沟通协调能力,责任心强,抗压能力强;
Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional communication abilities; highly responsible and able to work under pressure;
6. 英语具备日常沟通能力。
Capable of daily communication in English.
