Jobtailor is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment and international shipping processes. You will collaborate with 3PLs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, Incoterms, and Brazil import/export. Join us to optimize global supply chain operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping.
• Experience in fulfilment/order management and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation, Incoterms, and global freight processes.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and tracking tools.
• Cross-Docking experience.
• Basic knowledge of Brazil import/export.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfilment, timely execution, cost efficiency, and proper documentation
• Address shipping disruptions, including delays, lost shipments, customs holds, and compliance issues
• Collaborate with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor order status and returns
• Partner with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve and flag inventory discrepancies, and improve operational speed
• Monitor and report performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and vendor reliability
• Build ad hoc reports to manage orders in queue as they reach set milestones
• Coordinate with 3PLs, manufacturers, vendors, carriers, and customs across international operations
