Zusammenfassung

Segway Navimow is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Düsseldorf to oversee overseas warehouse fulfillment, synchronize order data, and drive continuous improvement across end-to-end logistics operations.

You will collaborate with Marketing, HQ Logistics, IT and After-sales to resolve bottlenecks, manage costs and optimize warehouse processes. Strong English and German communication is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Operations Management or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with Excel, SAP and WMS systems.
• Experience in cross-border logistics or overseas warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficient communication in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to identify issues, solve problems and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Highly responsible with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Track and monitor end-to-end fulfillment progress of overseas warehouse orders for timely delivery to Amazon, DTC, retailers and dealers.
• Ensure accurate synchronization of order information and promptly handle fulfillment exceptions.
• Coordinate and supervise full-chain service quality of logistics providers, including customs clearance, inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, last-mile and returns.
• Evaluate KPIs and adjust volumes based on performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks in logistics operations and coordinate cross-departmental responses for quick resolution.
• Manage return shipments and reverse logistics to enhance customer satisfaction and inventory turnover.
• Conduct dynamic inventory monitoring, discrepancy analysis and stock-taking to align system and physical stock.
• Collaborate with logistics providers on warehouse process optimization to improve efficiency.
• Review supplier invoices and verify fulfillment data to ensure cost accuracy; analyze logistics costs and revise the annual budget.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Jobbeschreibung

1) Track and monitor the end-to-end fulfillment progress of overseas warehouse orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery for Amazon, DTC, retail chains and dealer customers.

2) Ensure accurate synchronization of order information and handle fulfillment exceptions promptly.

1) Coordinate and supervise the full-chain service quality of logistics providers, including customs clearance, port-to-warehouse delivery, inbound, inventory management, picking, outbound shipping, last-mile delivery, proof of delivery and return logistics.

2) KPI evaluation and adjust business volume based on performance, apply performance results to drive continuous improvement.

3. Exception Management

1) Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks in logistics operations, collaborate across departments (Marketing, HQ Logistics, IT, After-sales etc.) for quick response and resolution closure.

2) Manage return shipment and reverse logistics processes, enhance customer satisfaction and inventory turnover rate.

4. Inventory and Warehouse Management

1) Conduct dynamic inventory monitoring, discrepancy analysis and regular stocktaking to ensure consistency between system and actual stock.

2) Participate in warehouse process optimization and collaborate with logistics providers to improve warehouse operation efficiency.

5. Logistics Cost and Settlement Management

1) Supplier invoices checking and verify fulfillment data to ensure cost accuracy and reasonableness, then submit for financial processing.

2) Analyze logistics costs and revise the annual logistics budget.

6. Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Operations Management or related fields;
• 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in cross-border logistics or overseas warehouse operations; familiarity with overseas warehouse processes, Amazon FBA/FBM and retail supply chain fulfillment is preferred;
• 3. Familiar with international logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, last-mile delivery and return processes; experience in logistics vendor management is required;
• 4. Proficient in Excel, SAP, and WMS systems with strong data analysis skills;
• 5. Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional communication abilities; highly responsible and able to work under pressure;
• 6. Capable of daily communication in English and German.
