Aufgaben

• Receive, enter, and review incoming orders for beer and promotional materials from beverage wholesalers and hospitality customers
• Check product availability in SAP in close coordination with Supply Chain, Bottling, and Network Logistics
• Ensure the timely execution of promotional campaigns and agreed delivery dates in collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and the Promotional Materials Warehouse
• Manage end-to-end customer communication regarding supply shortages via telephone and written channels
• Proactively inform customers about the current delivery status
• Process complaints, returns, and credit notes to ensure fast, solution-oriented, and customer-focused resolution
• Create, maintain, and update customer master data, terms and conditions, and delivery agreements in SAP and CRM systems

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business or economics, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience (approximately 1-2 years) in order processing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a comparable role
• Good understanding of Order-to-Deliver process chains, from procurement from suppliers through delivery to customers
• Proficient in SAP ERP
• Knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP TM is a plus
• Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Structured and independent approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and strong organizational skills
• High level of initiative and a solution-oriented mindset and approach to work
