Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented logistics administrator to monitor inboxes, review shipment details, and create shipments in CargoWise.

You will handle e-DOCing, telex releases, and customs holds, following up on outstanding needs while coordinating with teams to keep records accurate and complete.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or operations support.
• Familiar with shipment documentation and operational processes.
• Knowledge of CargoWise is preferred.
• Good written English communication and high attention to detail.

• Monitor operational inboxes and register jobs from order level.
• Review shipment details for completeness and accuracy.
• Create shipments in CargoWise and maintain records.
• Handle e-DOCing and upload required shipment documents.
• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain missing information or documents.
• Update shipment records and systems and maintain organized documentation.
• Monitor assigned jobs and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Support other forwarding and operations tasks as needed.

• Monitor operational inboxes and register jobs from order level
• Review incoming shipment details for completeness and accuracy
• Create shipments and consoles in CargoWise
• Handle e-DOCing and upload required shipment documents
• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other operational requirements
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to obtain missing information or documents
• Update shipment records and systems
• Maintain accurate and organized shipment documentation
• Monitor assigned jobs and follow up on outstanding operational requirements
• Support other forwarding and operations-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations support
• Experience handling shipment documentation and operational processes
• Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred
• Understanding of common freight forwarding terms and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written English communication skills
• Comfortable monitoring and managing a high volume of emails and tasks
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
• Comfortable performing detail-oriented and repetitive operational tasks
• Fiber internet, recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
• Backup internet capable of at least 20 Mbps
• Quiet, conducive home workspace
