Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and properly store food and supply deliveries.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Hard Rock Cafe recipes and standards.
• Correctly label, date, cover, and store all food products.
• Set up and break down workstations before and after service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, storage, and preparation areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Restock products, ingredients, and supplies as necessary.
• Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives wherever possible.
• Read and execute food orders accurately through kitchen ticket systems or electronic ordering systems.
• Ensure all food items meet Hard Rock Cafe quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with large group orders, special requests, and high-volume service periods.
• Support food service operations when required.Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.

Job Description: Kitchen Team Member (m/f/d) - Full Time Location: Hard Rock Cafe Berlin, Germany Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: €13.90 - €14.50 gross per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Even though you may not always be in direct contact with our guests, your role is essential to the success of Hard Rock Cafe Berlin. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be trained in multiple areas of the kitchen and will support the team in delivering exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
