Hard Rock Cafe Berlin is hiring a Kitchen Team Member (m/f/d) – Full Time. Join a fast-paced kitchen, prep ingredients, ensure food safety, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store food and supply deliveries.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Hard Rock Cafe recipes and standards.
• Correctly label, date, cover, and store all food products.
• Set up and break down workstations before and after service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, storage, and preparation areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Restock products, ingredients, and supplies as necessary.
• Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives wherever possible.
• Read and execute food orders accurately through kitchen ticket systems or electronic ordering systems.
• Ensure all food items meet Hard Rock Cafe quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with large group orders, special requests, and high-volume service periods.
• Support food service operations when required.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.

Kitchen Team Member (m/f/d) – Full Time Location: Hard Rock Cafe Berlin, Germany Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: €13.90 - €14.50 gross per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Information on compensation is provided in line with pay transparency best practices.

Job Requirements
