Lifeguards

Your area of responsibility

• You’ll make sure that the safety and bathing rules are being followed
• You’ll be a courteous point of contact for any questions or problems from young and old alike
• You’ll be an attentive observer in the area you’re responsible for, recognising dangerous situations and being proactive when it comes to responding to these
• You’ll have everything under control and always know what’s going on in the area you’re responsible for in terms of safety and cleanliness
• You’ll carry out training courses with employees in the Operations department

Your profile

• You have the lifeguard badge silver or gold or are prepared to take the qualification with us
• The safety of our guests is always at the centre of your thoughts and actions
• All eyes on you: You are articulate and can think ahead
• You are ready for action even under stress - your physical fitness makes you a safe swimmer
• You are good at disolving conflict
• You are said to have good manners, a friendly nature and a well-groomed appearance
• You are flexible in terms of time, especially on weekends and during school holidays

Europa-Park
The attractions and shows form the core business of Europa-Park. Over 700 employees work in the various themed areas with a total of over 80 rollercoasters, themed and roundabout rides as well as children's attractions. They ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests on the rides, take the role of admission staff for the shows, operate the various attractions and can also provide an insight into the processes behind the scenes and the ‘Rollercoaster Fascination’. They are responsible for a smooth operational process, working in close cooperation with the technical department.

Rulantica
Whether for adrenaline junkies, for toddlers or for those seeking relaxation – the water world offers a suitable attraction for everyone. On an area of over 32,000m², 13 themed settings offer entertainment and fun for young and old with their 30 slides and attractions. For our team, the safety of the guests in the pool is our top priority. However, fun is not neglected, and guests are encouraged to have lots of it at the respective attractions.

YULLBE
'Operations' at YULLBE means helping guests to put on VR equipment and accompanying them on their journey through virtual worlds.

About the business division "Operations"

At the heart of Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Operations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. A system availability of over 99% speaks volumes: They meet the high demands day after day. Whether it is the blue fire Megacoaster, Voletarium or Silver Star at Europa-Park or Svalgur Rytt, Tønnevirvel and Två Fall in Rulantica, the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Operations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction of all the trades needed to keep things running.
