Job summary

Die Deutsche Telekom AG sucht eine/n Leiter/in des Control Testing Teams (m/w/d/x) am Standort Bonn. Sie definieren den übergeordneten Verantwortungsbereich, planen mehrjährige Audits und setzen Qualitätsstandards fest.

Sie entwickeln Prüfmethoden, integrieren KI in Prüfprozesse und gestalten Richtlinien für Audit-Tools. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Stakeholdern auf Vorstandsebene zusammen und führen ein internationales Team, inklusive Talententwicklung.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft/Accounting oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Rechnungswesen und Prüfung.
• Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Prüfmethoden und Auditprozessen ist vorteilhaft.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen, sowie internationales Arbeitsumfeld.

Responsibilities

• Definition des Verantwortungsbereichs, mehrjahres Auditplan und Qualitätsstandards.
• Entwicklung von Prüfmethoden und KI-Einsatz im Testing.
• Festlegung von Richtlinien für Methoden, Instrumente und Berichte.
• Steuerung der Stakeholder-Kommunikation (Audit Committee, Vorstand, CFOs).
• Teamaufbau, Mitarbeitendenentwicklung und internationale Zusammenarbeit.
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung der ICS-Standards und Schulungen.
• Budgetplanung und-resource-Optimierung im Verantwortungsbereich.
