Telekom Strategy Consulting, part of Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategy and transformation initiatives. You will run project teams, shape client agendas, and translate complex programs into actionable plans.

We value leadership, 4–5 years in strategy consulting, expertise in HR processes/digitalization, agile ways of working, and fluency in German and English at C1. This role offers international assignment opportunities and strong development programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in strategy consulting or equivalent.
• Proven track record in developing digital strategies and implementing transformation programs.
• Very good German and English skills (C1).
• Experience with agile ways of working (e.g., network structures, holocracy).
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset; proactive thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of 3–6 consultants and manage central strategy/transformation projects.
• Collaborate with TSC partners and clients to shape program structures and client-side implementation.
• Define target pictures and break down projects for successful implementation and sustainable impact.
• Develop actionable strategies in organizational design, change management, digitalization and HR IT.
