Job summary

Deutsche Telekom AG, within Telekom Strategy Consulting, seeks a consultant to develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership. You join rotating project teams on strategic initiatives spanning data platforms, automation and AI use cases to drive measurable impact.

You will shape your scope from day one, work closely with the CEO-adjacent team, and participate in international, on-site engagements across Europe.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience in strategy consulting or a similar strategic role.
• You hold a Master's degree from a renowned university with top grades.
• You demonstrate very good German and English skills (C1).

Responsibilities

• You work as part of rotating project teams on strategic projects across cross-functional areas.
• You develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps with the Board of Management and senior executives.
• You translate analyses and interviews into clear decisions and actionable strategies.
• You shape your own work packages and take responsibility from day one.
