Deutsche Telekom AG's Telekom Strategy Consulting in Bonn seeks a Consultant (m/f/d) for People Strategy & Organization to join rotating teams on cross-functional transformation projects. You analyze structures and design operating models, including AI-driven change initiatives, while taking ownership from day one.

With a Master’s degree and strong German and English skills, you will contribute to shaping strategies and growing within an innovative, international environment.

Formación

• At least one year of professional experience in strategy consulting.
• Master's degree from a renowned university with top grades.
• Very good German and English skills (C1).
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset; able to structure complex problems.
• Experience or strong interest in organizational development and transformation.
• Experience with AI transformation and change management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of rotating project teams on cross-functional strategy & transformation projects.
• Analyze structures, workflows and governance to identify actionable improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies, from operating model design to AI transformation and change.
• Shape your own work packages and take responsibility from day one.
• Grow through regular feedback, coaching and challenging tasks with clients.

To do this, you also go the extra mile together with your team for your clients.You have experience or a strong interest in organizational development and transformation. You understand how AI reshapes work, roles and organizations, and use it effectively in your own work.
