Responsibilities

• Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
• Organise board and shareholder meetings
• Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
• Drafting corporate documents and agreements
• Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
• Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Profile

Degree educated in Law

• 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary
• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a prerequisite - a very good level in French is also seen as an advantage
• PC literate (MS Office)
