Job Title: In House Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Construction & Architectural Law

Location: Erlangen (on-site)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

About the Role: We are seeking a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a strong focus on construction and architectural law to join a small, dedicated team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to complex real estate development projects from acquisition through warranty expiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for construction projects across all phases
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (including HOAI-related agreements)
  • Manage claims, including change orders and construction delays
  • Conduct contract analysis and ensure compliance
  • Prepare internal decision drafts and implement practical solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver interdisciplinary solutions

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (2nd State Exam completed)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in private construction law, architectural law, and related areas
  • Strong knowledge of HOAI regulations
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented work style
  • Willingness to travel
