ABOUT THE POSITION

As part of our legal team, you will interact with various teams across the company including Marketing, HR, Engineering and Sales. You will join the Legal Team at our HQ in Bad Homburg, Germany.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Review, draft, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, marketing agreements, software licensing agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts, etc. Create templates, draft internal policies, and provide general legal advice to all business functions.
• Provide support on a broad range of legal topics such as general corporate, compliance, commercial and other transactions, and ad‑hoc projects.
• Set up new processes, draft new templates, and create new workflows for the Legal team, and collaborate with other stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• An LLB/JD or equivalent degree in law and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in contract law and software licensing.
• Strong understanding of technology laws.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Skill in providing pragmatic legal advice, having business know‑how and can support the business in a practical and compliant manner.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

• Expertise in copyright, trademark and patent law.
• A good understanding of the creative industry.
