Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. Responsibilities

• Proactive, holistic legal support of commercial projects / transactions, including drafting, negotiation and review of contracts with a focus on battery business
• Legal support for subsidiaries regarding commercial topics
• In the area of legal operations: conception, establishment, optimization and monitoring of processes in the legal department
• Identification / responsibility of technologies / systems for company wide use (e.g. file management, contract management)
• Comprehensive coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad (Outside Counsel Management)
• Coordination and responsibility of budgets

Qualifications

• Degree in law with above-average results or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in a legal environment in an international company or law firm, ideally in the field of "Commercial Law" and/or in the field of Legal Operations
• Strong methodological competence and economic thinking
• Fluency in German and English
• Decisive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
