• Ensure understanding and adoption of platform features and value.
• Conduct follow-ups at 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year to assess satisfaction and identify retraining needs.
• Escalate client feedback and submit feature requests for product improvement.
• Use Salesforce, HubSpot, ALN, LinkedIn, and other systems to track outreach, tasks, contacts, and records.
• Develop proficiency in LogMeIn, TouchTour CMS, and Atlas to provide basic support, content updates, request handling, and troubleshooting.
• Review TouchTour before training and identify and execute product improvements.
• Create personalized, bite-sized how-to videos using AI-powered video synthesis tools.
• Identify upsell opportunities or future projects for sales referral.

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation tools such as Loom and Gemini
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain training content, including lesson plans, webinar scripts, and self-service tutorials
• Ability to develop proficiency in the product's CMS and remote access tools such as LogMeIn for Tier 1 support
• Skill in developing and executing structured QA audits of client accounts
• Exceptional presentation and active listening skills
• Ability to diagnose client needs and tailor training delivery
