Senior Product Manager, AI

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to own the AI platform roadmap, driving discovery, prioritization of features, and delivery of AI-powered solutions for admins, renters, and leasing agents.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and AI partner teams to ensure robust observability, guardrails, and scalable integrations across the platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally with ownership of AI agents or AI-powered products.
• Direct experience building or managing AI agents across voice, chat, SMS, and email.
• B2B SaaS experience using and understanding frontier LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Ability to design, test, and refine prompts.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, and agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of RAG, CAG, agentic retrieval, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Ability to translate complex AI systems into product requirements and phased delivery plans.
• Experience with AI development and observability frameworks such as LangChain or LangSmith is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field is strongly preferred.

• Own the AI platform product roadmap, including research, discovery, prioritization, delivery, evaluation, and iteration
• Define and document requirements for shared AI platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, knowledge and context management, integrations, observability, failure handling, and administrative controls
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build enterprise-level AI and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with AI Features and Product teams on AI-driven capabilities for admins, renters, and leasing agents
• Collaborate across the business and with external AI partners to identify needs, clarify requirements, surface risks, and align priorities
• Use data, customer feedback, support trends, evaluations, and post-launch performance to improve platform quality and reliability
• Simplify and standardize AI systems and agent behaviors, strengthen guardrails, reduce failure modes, and improve issue resolution
• Coordinate launches, release communications, training, and internal enablement to drive adoption
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Foster collaboration within the team and across the company
• Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion
