Ideal candidates will have a recognized coaching qualification, over 500 hours of coaching experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience. Qualifikationen

  • Recognised coaching qualification with ICF accreditation is required.

Are you the coach we’re looking for?

We’re seeking exceptional leadership coaches who bring both expertise and empathy. You’ll need:

  • A recognised coaching qualification (e.g. Diploma of Leadership Coaching) and accreditation (e.g. ICF)
  • 500+ coaching hours under your belt
  • 3+ years’ experience coaching leaders at emerging or established levels
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or business functions
  • Confidence using digital coaching platforms to engage participants effectively
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
