Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior payroll leader to direct regional service delivery across payroll, time and attendance, and related processes. You will define support models, manage inquiries, and drive outsourced payroll metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead cross functional teams, coach staff, and partner with HR to optimize workflows, governance, and performance across manufacturing environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise with payroll systems.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead Regional Service Delivery teams responsible for payroll processes, time and attendance, and related regional services
• Define immediate and future support needs, service models, and operational frameworks
• Manage payroll queries from employees, managers, and HRMs
• Administer payroll processes and manage outsourced payroll service delivery metrics
• Oversee management, documentation, and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures
• Manage payroll calculations, including wages, deductions, and employee wage payments
• Define payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing plans, and documentation of business and local requirements
• Monitor regional government regulations and labor-law changes affecting payroll processes
• Manage regional employee records, including tax documents and employee files
• Oversee and review reconciliation and report preparation
• Lead planning and implementation of multiple large-scale transition efforts
• Provide strategic leadership for payroll and time and attendance compliance, productivity, and efficiency
• Organize knowledge sharing on new approaches and best practices
• Influence stakeholders and other providers to deliver strategic priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise with payroll systems
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments
• Established project management skills; ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience providing independent technical guidance and counsel to HR stakeholders
• Strong consultative skills and ability to influence, advise, and guide others
• Ability to develop recommendations and offer solutions to problems outside set parameters
• Demonstrated judgment in making decisions and handling complex tasks or problems
