Zusammenfassung

T-Systems International GmbH sucht als Lead Consultant SAP Public Sector Management (m/w/d) eine erfahrene Fachperson zur Beratung und Leitung komplexer SAP-S/4HANA-Projekte im öffentlichen Sektor.

Sie koordinieren Projektteams, steuern Budgets und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Lösungen voran. Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands gehört dazu; Deutsch und Englisch auf hohem Niveau sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Projekterfahrung in SAP-Lösungen im öffentlichen Sektor (FI/PSM/PSCD).
• Erfahrung in Kundenverantwortung und Leitung von Projektteams.
• Ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz in klassischen und agilen Projektumgebungen.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in S/4HANA-Implementierungen/Anwendungsmanagement.
• Kenntnisse in Budget- und Fördermanagement sowie in SAP PSM- und FI/CO-Modulen.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch (CEF C1/B2).
• Hohes Reisebereitschaft (50–75%) innerhalb Deutschlands.

Aufgaben

• Beratung von Kunden zum Wandel ihres ERP-Landschafts mit Fokus auf SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) – primär in Verbindung mit SAP S/4HANA.
• Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete in verschiedenen Projektphasen von SAP (S/4HANA) Implementierungsprojekten.
• Führung von Fachteams in den beschriebenen Arbeitspaketen.
• Zentrale Rolle bei Neukundengewinnung und Angebotsgestaltung
• Mitwirkung in Bid-Teams zur Qualitätssicherung von Angeboten
• Übernahme von Teilprojektmanagement.
