Qualifikationen

Job description

Our unique approach combines content creation services with a state-of-the-art digital asset management platform and content syndication making us a key SaaS player in Europes retail landscape.

Your role and your tasks :
  • Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Account Growth and Upselling : Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers needs driving revenue growth.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with our Product Customer Support and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
  • Event Participation & Client Engagement : Attend industry events such as the IFA event and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.
  • Brand Expansion & New Business Development : Proactively drive growth by expanding existing brand partnerships into new markets
Job requirements

  • You bring 3 years of work experience in B2B sales preferably in a SaaS company.
  • You are a passionate sales talent who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage
  • You have excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team.
  • You are based in Berlin or Hannover.
