Location: Germany

Report to: General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts with local distributors and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities with partners.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate terms, manage account performance, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market insights to support business strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or related sectors.
  • Proven success in channel development and account management in Germany.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (Mandarin is a plus).
