Position Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering aviation software implementation projects for clients across Europe and North America. Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will assist in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their project management skills within the aviation technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of aviation software projects
• Assist with defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are met according to schedule
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including development, support, and operations
• Assist with documentation, meeting notes, and project reporting
• Identify potential risks and work with senior project managers to develop mitigation plans
• Support post‑implementation review and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or software implementation
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Passion for technology and interest in the aviation industry
• Experience working in aviation, aerospace, or software companies
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance, operations, or compliance systems
• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus
