Overview

Job Summary: Location: Vienna

Division: Austria/CER | Marketing

Line Manager: Head of Marketing Central Europe

Contract Terms: 1-year fixed-term contract (parental leave cover)

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for various marketing campaigns (On- & Offline) for Ticketmaster Austria. Together with your lead and the marketing team you will be taking care of planning, implementing and reporting marketing campaigns.
  • Your focus will be running Ticketmaster’s social media and other content channels (website, blog, etc.) for Austria. You will be responsible for creating, posting and managing content on these channels.
  • Together with the marketing team and media partners you will be developing marketing campaign for Ticketmaster Austria and proactively contributing your expertise (e.g. for OOH and print campaigns).
  • You will constantly be in touch with our promotor clients and other business partners and will support the sales team with marketing presentations and other B2B marketing tasks.
  • You will be working together closely with the Head of Marketing Central Europe and the Regional Market Lead for Austria and you will also support the Central Europe marketing team with daily business tasks.
Qualifications
  • You have completed your studies with a focus on Marketing/Communication/Social Media.
  • You have a high affinity for e-commerce and online marketing. You are always up-to-date with social media and online marketing trends.
  • You are a marketing allrounder and you have first professional experience in the fields of social media and content marketing in an international environment.
  • Ideally you have been working with design programs in the past already (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
  • Writing copies comes natural to you and you have an excellent feeling for design.

  • You are a creative and proactive mind, you are eager to proactively contribute ideas.
  • You are outgoing, you have a hands on mentality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a structured way of working, you are thorough detail lover but don’t lose your focus on the goal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written).
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in written or verbal form.
  • And last but not least - you are a live lover, have a passion for music & the live industry and enjoy working in the field of concerts, theater and sports.
