Traka is part of ASSA ABLOY and has a strong and growing presence in the DACH region. To further strengthen our marketing capabilities and support the continued expansion of the Traka and KEYper brands, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager Junior based in Germany.
As a Junior Marketing Manager at Traka DACH, you will support B2B marketing activities across Germany, working closely with the sales team and the EMEIA/UK marketing organization. This hands‑on role covers campaigns, digital marketing, website content and event coordination, and reports to the General Manager Traka DACH.
You will help strengthen the marketing presence of Traka and KEYper in the DACH region, using tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing analytics platforms. In addition to the DACH focus, you will also support selected marketing initiatives for the Nordic region, offering exposure to international collaboration and cross‑regional projects.
You are a structured, creative and solutions‑oriented person with a strong interest in marketing, communication and digital channels. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and external agencies across countries, contributing ideas and supporting the sales team. You work proactively, manage multiple tasks confidently and communicate clearly with a positive, team‑driven mindset.
The position is based in Germany. Hybrid work is possible. Regional travel within the DACH area will be required for events and exhibitions.
