Job summary

CYBEX is seeking a fully qualified German lawyer to join its dynamic EMEA Legal Team in Bayreuth/ Munich. You will act as a trusted advisor across business stakeholders, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting scalable operations.

Fluency in German and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and international projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer with admission to the German bar.
• Experience in an international company or law firm is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, structured working style with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted legal advisor to EMEA business stakeholders, providing strategic and solution-oriented legal support.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Contribute to the development, standardization, and enhancement of internal legal frameworks, templates, and policies.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Legal Team and cross-functional stakeholders on regional and international projects as well as day-to-day legal matters.
