Job summary

DSR Hotel Holding GmbH Hamburg is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) specializing in employer marketing to strengthen our employer brand in Hamburg. You will shape digital content across social media and video formats and drive campaigns in SEO, GEO, SEA and performance marketing.

You will also enhance our careers website and the digital candidate journey, while supporting HR Development with digital learning formats and materials.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing, content production or social media.
• Creativity and ability to target audiences; interest in AI in HR.
• Strong German writing and speaking skills; willingness to learn new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create content for our employer brand across social media, videos, and other digital formats.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns focusing on SEO, GEO, SEA and performance marketing.
• Develop careers website and the digital candidate journey.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Creative content production for our employer brand – from social media and videos to other digital formats
• Planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, particularly in the areas of SEO, GEO, SEA and performance marketing
• Further development of our careers website and the digital candidate journey
• Supporting HR Development in organising and designing digital learning formats – from coordinating participants and creating training materials to developing bite‑sized learning modules
• Developing new ideas and formats for our digital employer marketing

You will have:

• A completed vocational training programme or degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing, content production or social media – ideally gained through work placements, part‑time student roles or personal projects
• Creativity, a keen sense of what content appeals to specific target audiences, and an interest in new digital technologies and their potential applications in HR, particularly AI
• A structured and independent approach to work, as well as a keen interest in familiarising yourself with new topics and digital tools
• Very good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of SEO, GEO, SEA, video and image editing, or content management systems is an advantage; an interest in digital learning formats and e‑learning is also welcome
