25hours Hotels Das Tour in Düsseldorf is seeking a marketing leader to drive strategies for F&B outlets and the hotel, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all channels. You will collaborate with local partners, manage guest communications, and organize events with the Sales Manager.

You will inspire the team, craft engaging content in German and English, and contribute to a friendly, informal culture. The role offers opportunities for growth within a multicultural hotel group.

Qualifications

• Marketing leadership experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to inspire people with the concept.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for F&B outlets in collaboration with local F&B partners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hotel.
• Ensure a consistent and professional brand appearance per corporate design guidelines.
• Oversee all in-house guest communications, including print materials and social media.
• Plan, organize, and execute press, influencer, and customer events with the Sales Manager.
• Manage sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and brand representation at events.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR and media contacts.
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content in German and English for newsletters and social media.

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for F&B outlets in close collaboration with local F&B partners
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the hotel
• Ensuring a consistent and professional brand appearance for the hotel and F&B outlets in line with corporate design guidelines
• Overseeing all in-house guest communications, including print materials and social media
• Planning, organizing, and executing press, influencer, and customer events in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Managing and negotiating sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and brand representation at events
• Building and maintaining relationships with PR and media contacts
• Independently creating engaging photo, video, and written content in German and English for newsletters and social media, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style
