Job summary

A-ROSA Resorts Sylt is seeking an HR Manager (m/f/d) on the beautiful island of Sylt to lead HR administration in collaboration with DSR Hotel Holding or service providers. You will manage and monitor the hotel rota, oversee working hours, and ensure statutory compliance.

You will handle recruitment, plan onboarding with departments, and execute offboarding when needed. A strong HR background in hospitality and excellent communicative and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in human resources management, ideally in hospitality or other industries.
• Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR management and/or further training in business administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and absolute discretion.
• Outstanding organisational skills, a structured approach to work and confidence in using MS Office applications.
• Ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.

• You will be responsible for all HR administration processes in collaboration with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
• You will manage and monitor the hotel’s rota using the existing system
• You will monitor working hours across the entire hotel, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• New colleagues? You’ll handle the recruitment process as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
• Is an employee leaving? – You’ll prepare and carry out the entire offboarding process
